Pre-authorization

We will pre-authorize the total amount of your stay (minimum $50.00) 72 hours before your check-in on the credit card provided on your booking file. It is not a payment, but a pre-authorization as a security. When you will check-in, you will be able to pay however you want.

Check-in

The front desk is open between 7 am and 11 pm.

If you check-in when the front desk is close, you will have access to your room via a fully autonomous system. A code will be sent to you by email through our KeyCafe system in the evening of your check in date. This unique code will allow you to open the box in our key box.

If the font desk is open, please check-in at reception.

Key box

The key box is located outside, near the reception door.

Keys

You will find two keys in your box. One of them will have the letters A, C or P engraved and will be useful for opening the door to the corridor leading to the bedrooms. If this key has the letter A, this access door is about 10 meters from the key box. If it’s the letter C or P, the door will be on the right side of the building where is located the key box, next to the terrace. 

The second key is the key to your room. Your room number is engraved in the key.

Please be careful not to lose your keys as these are the only copies you will have. For a loss of key outside our  hours, between 11 pm and 7 am, please call 418-661-6901, option 2.

Housekeeping

BASIC OPTION
No cleaning of your room will be done during your stay.

To replace your towels, please place them in the bag located near the telephone and hang it on the handle outside your room before 11 am.

CLEANING OPTION

The cleaning of your room is available on request for $40 + taxes.

What will be done?

Change of towels and sheets (if the bed is free of objects)
Floor cleaning
Bathroom cleaning
Trash and recycling picked up
Disinfection.

Terms:

Cleaning must be requested before 4 pm the day before
Extra of $40 + taxes / cleaning
No one should be in the room during cleaning
Cleaning will be done no later than 5 pm the next day
Valid according to team availability.

Replenishment

For stays of three days or more, coffee and toilet paper, among others, have been added to your room. If you are missing, please contact us and we will be happy to provide more.

Pet policies

If you are traveling with your pet, we remind you that only dogs are allowed and that rooms are specially assigned to accommodate them. It is therefore mandatory to inform the hotel of the presence of your dog at the time of booking.

If you are allergic to dogs and would like to be assigned to a room outside of this Program despite the impeccable hygiene of our rooms, let us know and we will assign you a room in which dogs are not allowed.

COVID-19

Our wish is to allow you to sleep with the same peace of mind as at home. It is with this in mind that we have increased our hygiene measures and adopted new ones. You will find all the details of our actions by clicking here.

If you experience flu-like symptoms, we invite you to postpone your visit and let us know quickly. If you experience symptoms during your stay, we recommend that you isolate yourself in your room, join the COVID-19 information line at 1 877 644-4545 and follow the recommendations made.

Breakfasts

If your stay includes breakfasts, the dining room opens at 7 am. If you wish to have breakfast earlier, our team can give them to you on your arrival and you can then enjoy them in your room.

Smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited in all our rooms. $400 penalty will be charge if this policy is not respected.
