COVID-19: New measures have been put in place to ensure your safety.

The Littoral is committed to your health and safety. In this period of great uncertainty, we have strengthened our existing policies and we are trying to adapt to meet current government requirements.

Our commitment: To allow you to sleep with the same peace of mind as at home!

The list below shows the actions in place to ensure everyone’s safety. If you have a feeling of uncertainty, we encourage you to contact us.

Hotel & Spa front desk

 

  • Glass partitions were installed in order to provide good service while having a security barrier for customers and employees
  • Customers and employees must respect one way in order to respect social distancing measures
  • The reception desk is disinfected regularly
  • Glass partitions and equipment used with a client are disinfected between each client
  • For an indefinite period, credit or debit card transactions are the only payments accepted. Cash is not accepted
  • We ask everyone entering the reception area to disinfect their hands at the disinfection station available for this purpose.

Littoral’s Café

 

  • For an indefinite period, the buffet formula for the Waffle Bar will not be available
  • For each order, employees must wash their hands for 20 seconds in front of the customer
  • In order to respect social distancing measures, very few seats will be available in the dining room
  • Takeout orders are available during regular Café hours
  • Fruits and food packaging are thoroughly cleaned before being ready for resale
  • Glass partitions were installed in order to provide good service while having a security barrier for customers and employees
  • The Café workstation is disinfected regularly
  • Glass partitions and equipment used with a client are disinfected between each client
  • For an indefinite period, credit or debit card transactions are the only payments accepted. Cash is not accepted
  • We ask everyone entering the air of the Café to disinfect their hands at the disinfection station available for this purpose

Room cleaning

 

  • For an indefinite period, the clean of your room during a stay is no longer possible. Changes of towels and other equipment to ensure your comfort are, however, always possible. The elements are then delivered at the customer’s door in order to respect the social distancing required
  • For an indefinite period, the clean of the room after check-out will be done 3-24h after the check-out
  • The maintenance team’s work equipment is disinfected regularly
  • Room staff should disinfect their hands before entering and cleaning the room, and during that cleaning. They must repeat this gesture before leaving it too
  • Our rooms are disinfected at each cleaning: door handles, furnitures, remote controls, coffee makers, microwave ovens, refrigerators, air conditioning, etc.

Cleaning of public areas

 

  • Several stations for disinfecting hands are installed in strategic places of our establishment (entrances, exits, reception, cafe, laundry, spa, etc.)
  • Elevator: One person at a time per trip between floors or group of people (maximum of four) living in the same household are allowed
  • Laundry room: One customer at a time is allowed
  • The common areas are maintained and disinfected every day, two to three times a day depending on the occupation

Spa du Littoral  

 

  • We will ask everyone entering the spa area to disinfect their hands before entering.
  • Before and after each treatment, employees and customers must wash their hands for 20 seconds.
  • Each workstation will be disinfected before and after all treatments.
  • All the equipment used with a client will be disinfected between each client.
  • Anyone, client or employee, with flu symptoms will not be able to receive or provide care.
  • In order to respect the social distancing measures, few seats will be available in the relaxation room.
  • The Spa premises will be maintained and disinfected every day.
  • For an indefinite period, tips in cash will not be accepted.
